Employee Benefits
Benefits go into effect once seniority is attained. Seniority is attained when an employee has completed 90 working days. The benefits are as follows:
- Health insurance for employees, including spouses and children:
- Medical Plans: 70% in-network; 50% out-of-network
- Cedar: $1,000 Network Deductible
- Spectrum (PPO): $2,000 Network Deductible
- Dental: $1,000 calendar year cap
- Vision: Blue View Vision
- Life Insurance
- Medical Plans: 70% in-network; 50% out-of-network
- Paid leaves of absence: sick leave (40-hour minimum), bereavement leave (up to 3 consecutive calendar days), jury duty (up to a maximum of 40 hours)
- Five paid holidays
- Vacation Pay
- Paid at the average hourly straight-time based on hours worked from 11/01/xx to 10/31/xx of the current calendar year
- Must have a minimum of 750 hours worked up to 1800+ hours during the season to qualify for vacation pay of 24 hours up to 56 hours paid out.
- Safety Incentive
- The company provides an opportunity for employees to receive safety incentive prizes.
- Paid at the average hourly straight-time based on hours worked from 11/01/xx to 10/31/xx of the current calendar year
